Dory billing basics
Below are the main components of Dory’s billing system
Per-seat billing. Dory's paid subscription is per-seat based.
Annual billing intervals. All new plans are billed on an annual basis and are charged at the start of the subscription period. (Note: If you have an existing monthly subscription, you may continue on your current monthly billing cycle without interruption).
Current plan details and upcoming payments
To view details of your current subscription and your billing information:
Navigate to the Plans & Billing section under Workspace Settings
Here you can see your workspace current plan, payment details and the renewal date for your subscription.
Invoices for past payments
We email you an invoice for every payment. Invoices are sent directly from our payment partner, Stripe.
The email subject line starts with Your Fluxon Apps LLC receipt.
Transactions related to your Dory subscription will show up on your bank/credit card statement with the description - dory.app.
