Why can't I add my dosh card to Apple Pay?

If you're having difficulties adding your dosh card to Apple Pay, please check the below the below points for successfully adding your dosh card to Apple Pay.

  • Is your device compatible with Apple Pay, see here for more information from Apple.

  • Check you have the latest version of the dosh app downloaded

  • Check your internet connection and that you have phone credit as you may receive an SMS to verify Apple Pay

If you have checked all of the above points and you are still having difficulties with Apple Pay, please contact us via the messenger icon from your dosh app or email contact@dosh.nz and we'll help you out.
