How to Qualify

To earn the $1,000 reward, you must:

1. Have an active Dosh account at the time of application.

2. Apply for a Dosh home loan via the Dosh app during the promotion period.

3. Settle your home loan with a Dosh lending partner.

4. Ensure your loan amount is at least $300,000.

Once your loan settles, the reward will be deposited into your main Dosh account balance within 3 working days.

Who’s Not Eligible?

You won’t qualify if:

  • You don’t have an active Dosh account.

  • You don’t apply and settle on a Dosh home loan.

  • Your loan is declined or not settled.

  • Your loan amount is below $300,000.

My current fixed rate home loan isn't rolling off until December, can I still apply now?

Yes, you can still apply within the promotion period to be eligible for the $1,000 up front as your offer will be valid for up to 3 months. Your reward will be paid upon settlement of your dosh home loan.

I'm currently looking to buy a home but I don't think I'll find one before October 15th.

If you're looking to buy a home you can submit a pre approval application before you find a property. As long as you submit your application before October 15th, you can continue your property search and still be eligible for the reward.

  • The reward is exclusive to Dosh and not linked to any lender.

  • Dosh may suspend, terminate, or change the promotion at any time without notice.

  • Only the English version of these terms is valid for legal purposes.

  • Abuse or fraud (e.g., orchestrating fake applications) may result in account closure and reversal of rewards.

  • This promotion is governed by English law, and disputes will be handled by the courts of New Zealand.
