If your username has been disabled, that means your dot.Profile will no longer show up when you open the link.
To make your dot.Profile visible when you share it via link, you must enable your username.
Here are the steps:
Login at https://dot.cards
Go to the 'Setup' page
Toggle the top link with your username to enable (switch to the right)
You are all set!
