If your phone is constantly getting notifications from your own dot, check to see if you placed it in the correct position on your phone.

Make sure you test out the placement before you stick it to the back of your device.

For iPhones and Androids, place the dot to the bottom of your phone.

If you have a Galaxy or Note, stick it on the top by the camera to avoid the device's scanner.
