Processing time: Up to 24 hours. However, we’ll help escalate your case right away.

🔴 Possible delays: Slower bank processing, a national holiday, or incorrect transfer data.


Cryptocurrencies (USDT - TRC20, ERC20, BSC BEP-20). 🪙

Processing time: up to 24 hours after deduction to your wallet. However, we’ll help escalate your case right away.

🔴 Possible delays: Congestion in the blockchain, incorrect network selected or insufficient funds to pay the gas fee.


What should you do if your deposit takes longer than expected?

If your deposit is not credited in the estimated time:
