Having trouble accessing your Doto account? Here's what to do.

⚠️ When It Happens:

  • Incorrect email or password entered.

  • Outdated Doto app version.

  • Server or network issues.

  • Login blocked due to security concerns (multiple wrong attempts).


Steps to Fix:

🔍 Check your login details:

  • Make sure there are no typos in your email and password.

  • Passwords are case-sensitive.

🔁 Reset Password:

  • Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and follow the steps.

⬆️ Update the App:

  • Go to your App Store or Play Store and

  • Update the Doto app to the latest version.

🧹 Clear Cache:

  • Clear the app or browser cache if login issues continue.

📶 Stable Internet:

  • Ensure your connection is stable and fast enough.
