Wait the Full Timeframe

✅ How to Track Your Withdrawal Status
You can monitor your request directly from your account on the Doto website by:
Log in to your Doto account
Go to the "Accounts" tab.
Click on the "Transaction" option.
Select the account you want to check.
Click on "All transactions" and
Select "Withdrawals" to check your withdrawal status.
You’ll see the current status of your request:
Processing – your request is under review
Completed – funds have been sent
Rejected or Failed – there’s an issue you need to resolve
Tip: If the status is "Processing" for more than 5 working days, it's time to contact Support.
⚠️ Common Errors and How to Fix Them
Here are some frequent causes of delays and how you can correct them:

Incorrect or incomplete payment details | Double-check your card number, bank account, or wallet address before submitting a request. |
Unverified account | Ensure your identity verification is complete. Upload a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership for your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bank app or card). |
Using a payment method not allowed for withdrawals | Not all deposit methods can be used for withdrawals. Refer to the payment methods list available in your account or Knowledge Base. |
Exceeded withdrawal limits | Check if your balance includes bonus funds. Bonus amounts often cannot be withdrawn directly. |
Multiple withdrawal requests at once | Wait for one request to be completed before submitting another. |
