If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, don’t worry. Delays can happen for several reasons, and there are clear steps you can follow to check the status and resolve issues quickly.

How Long Do Withdrawals Take?

  • Standard processing time: Up to 5 working days

  • Working days exclude Saturday and Sunday

  • In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed due to:

    • Additional verification checks

    • High withdrawal volumes

    • Incomplete or incorrect payment details

Steps to Follow

  1. Check Withdrawal Status

    • Go to your Doto account → Accounts →Transactions

    • Track the current status

  2. Wait the Full Timeframe

    • Withdrawals can take up to 5 working days

    • Weekends are not included in this timeframe

  3. Verify Your Account

    • Make sure your account is fully verified

    • Includes your ID and proof of payment method

How to Track Your Withdrawal Status

You can monitor your request directly from your account on the Doto website by:

  1. Log in to your Doto account

  2. Go to the "Accounts" tab.

  3. Click on the "Transaction" option.

  4. Select the account you want to check.

  5. Click on "All transactions" and

  6. Select "Withdrawals" to check your withdrawal status.

You’ll see the current status of your request:

  • Processing – your request is under review

  • Completed – funds have been sent

  • Rejected or Failed – there’s an issue you need to resolve

Tip: If the status is "Processing" for more than 5 working days, it's time to contact Support.
