Agar Doto par deposit karte waqt koi dikkat ho gayi hai, toh tension mat lo. Neeche common errors aur unke solutions diye gaye hain.


  • Mera deposit account mein show nahi ho raha

Ho sakta hai:

✔️ Processing time abhi complete nahi hua ho
✔️ Payment provider ne transaction reject kar diya ho
✔️ Aapne jo amount bheja, wo request se match nahi karta

Solution:

✅ Apne payment method ke according processing time check karo (max 5 working days lag sakte hain)
✅ Bank ya wallet se confirm karo ke transaction successful tha ya nahi
✅ Agar delay ho raha ho toh proof of payment ke saath support team se contact karein.


  • Card decline ho gaya

Ho sakta hai:
✔️ Card online/international use ke liye enabled nahi hai
✔️ Balance available nahi hai
