How to Create a Delivery Order in Your Dots Account

Follow these steps to create a delivery order through your Dotst ech account

Step 1: Log In to Dots

  • Access your account by logging in here.


Step 2: Start a New Delivery Order

  • Click the "+" button next to the search bar.
    OR

  • From the Home Page, click the "Order Delivery" button in the "Create an order " section.


Step 3: Select the Pickup Location

Choose where you want the assets to be picked up from. You have four options:

  • Your employee

  • Your location

  • Dots Warehouse

  • Another (custom) address


Step 4: Select the Delivery Destination

Once the pickup location is selected, a new "Deliver to" field will appear. Choose the delivery destination:

  • Your employee

  • Your location

  • Another (custom) address

Click "Continue" to proceed.


Step 5: Provide Pickup Information

If prompted, fill out the required form with details about the pickup location, then click "Continue".


Step 6: Provide Delivery Information

If prompted, complete the form with details about the delivery destination, then click "Continue".


Step 7: Select Assets

  • Choose the assets you want to have delivered.

  • You can skip this step if you don’t need to specify assets.


Step 8: Add or Modify Asset Information

  • Add or remove previously selected assets.

  • Include or exclude non-asset items (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, hats, etc.).

Click "Continue" to proceed.


Step 9: Specify Packaging

  • If you have boxes: Provide details about them and add as many as needed for your delivery.

  • If you don’t have boxes: Select "No, I need Dots to send boxes to pack my order" and Dots will assist you.


Step 10: Declare Battery Information

  • Indicate whether your package contains batteries.

  • If yes, provide additional details.

Click "Continue" to move forward.


Step 11: Provide Shipping Information

  • Select a delivery method (e.g., Standard or Overnight).

  • Specify the pickup date.

  • Indicate if a receiver’s signature is required. If so, you may need to provide the receiver's ID.

Click "Continue" when ready.


Step 12: Provide Payment and Billing Details

  • Choose your payment method.

  • Enter your billing information.

Click "Continue" to proceed.


Step 13: Confirm Your Order

  • Review your order details.

  • Make any necessary changes before finalizing.

Click "Finish" to complete the process.


Step 14: View Your Confirmation

After completing your order, a confirmation popup will appear.
