The SLA timelines outlined here refer to the expected arrival time of an order starting from when it is placed in the system, not from the approval date.
These timelines also take time zone differences into account to ensure an accurate processing buffer is included.
It is important to note that the SLA represents the most up-to-date estimated delivery deadline — the latest date by which you can expect the order to be delivered.
Procurement Order Lifecycle
Each procurement order passes through the following stages:
Draft & Proposal – Maximum time allowed for preparing and submitting the initial draft/proposal.
Approval Before Expiry – Maximum time window within which approval must be completed before the proposal expires.
Processing – Time required to process the approved order internally.
In-Transit – Time allocated for shipping and transportation.
Delivered – Time expected for final delivery to the client.
Total SLA – Cumulative time from draft initiation to delivery.

🚀 Tip to speed up delivery: Using Dots Credits eliminates client approval time, enabling immediate processing and faster employee coordination. It is a quicker and more affordable way to place domestic delivery orders and can significantly reduce the overall delivery time.
Logistics Orders from Dots WH - Domestic Delivery SLA 🏬🚚
Domestic logistics orders shipped from the Dots warehouse (WH) offer our fastest delivery experience.
By using Dots Credits to pay for domestic shipments, the client approval step is removed. This allows the order to move immediately into the processing stage, with coordination required only between Dots and the receiver.
Additionally, because the shipment is fulfilled directly from the Dots WH, pickup and handoff are handled in-house. As a result, the Processing and Pending Collection stages are significantly shorter compared to standard logistics orders.
Together, these advantages help reduce the overall delivery time and ensure the most accurate ETA and smoothest shipping experience.
📦 Building and maintaining your own Dots stock is the best way to enable faster, more efficient domestic deliveries.

SLA Timing Overview
The SLA timelines outlined here refer to the expected arrival time of an order starting from when it is placed in the system, not from the approval date. These timelines also take time zone differences into account to ensure an accurate processing buffer is included.

Disclaimers-
The following factors may impact delivery timelines and cause delays:
General Guidance Only
The timelines in this article are intended as guidance. Actual durations may vary based on order complexity, vendor responsiveness, and local logistics conditions.Approval Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proposals within the stated timeframes. Delays in approval can extend the overall SLA.Large / Big Restocks
For large or bulk restock orders, end-to-end lead time may extend to 6–8 weeks from confirmation to delivery. This reflects supplier production slots, minimum order quantities, and freight scheduling. We’ll flag this scenario during proposal so expectations are clear.Procurement Exceptions (CTO Requests)
While the standard draft & proposal stage is 2 business days, CTO-level requests may take up to 3 business days to prepare. Delivery is also longer — some vendors may have stock, but generally CTO devices require 4-6 weeks from manufacturer.Unforeseen Delays
External factors—such as customs clearance, supply chain disruptions, or severe weather—may impact in-transit and delivery timelines. We’ll provide timely updates if these occur.Regional Variations
SLAs can differ by region due to local regulations, vendor availability, and infrastructure. Totals represent typical averages, not hard guarantees.Business Days & Holidays
All durations are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding local holidays) unless stated otherwise.
