Viewer Role in Dots

The Viewer role provides users with read-only access across the Dots platform. It’s designed for users who need to view company data without the ability to modify, upload, or create anything.

Users with the Viewer role have full visibility across the system, but cannot perform any actions that change data.
They can view and export information but cannot create orders, upload files, or edit any details — including settings.

This role is best suited for auditors, management, or external stakeholders who need insight into company operations without the ability to alter information.
