Premium and Royal plan clients can process 2 design requests at the same time. Basic plan clients can process 1 design request at any given time until approval.

We are able to speedily deliver simpler design requests, but larger projects will take longer as all DotYeti designs must pass through a rigorous QA process. To avoid back and forth, make sure you submit your design briefing in a clear, concise, and complete format.
