Do you want to add an active request to the backlog or make a backlog request active? That's easy, let's dive into it!
The first thing you need to do is go to your request overview. Over there, you will find a 3-striped icon at the far left side of your request ID.
Simply drag and drop the icon either upwards or downwards according to the order that you desire for each request. Take note that the top requests will be processed first.
Change a backlog request into an active request: simply drag and drop the 3-striped icon to the place of an active request.
