Click on the line of an existing stock location to modify it.
General Information
Name: the name of the stock location. This can be either an internal stock location or an external stock location.
Visible in selection lists: this is checked by default to make the stock location available for use in Douano.
Description: an optional field for providing further clarification.
Company Information
Company: here you can optionally select the company to which the stock location is linked. This can be your own company or an external company.
Address: the address where the stock location is located. You can choose from all addresses created for your own company or an external company.
⚠️ Douano uses the address information to determine whether a location is a stock location under excise suspension or an excised stock location.
💡 If a stock location is linked to an external company and its associated address, an eAD will be prepared for products moved from your own Warehouse/AGP to that external Warehouse/AGP, under Customs - eAD Shipments.
💡 If you are using the EMCS plugin, you will need to link your own stock locations under excise suspension with your company and its associated address. This address must be under excise suspension and include the warehouse number.
Excise Information
💡 If you have selected an address in the general information, you can no longer modify the excise data. The excise details are inherited from the linked address.
Under excise suspension: this checkbox allows you to indicate whether this stock location is under excise suspension or not. This applies to a warehouse, AGP, or excise establishment.
Warehouse code: the permit number for this stock location.
