Settings - User groups

💡 By default, only one user has access to a relationship, namely the account manager. With user groups, you can grant multiple users access to the information of relationships for which they are not the account manager.

⇢ Go to Settings - Relation management - User groups and click on the green plus sign to create a new user group.

General Information

  • Name: the name you want to assign to this user group.

  • Visible in dropdown lists: checked by default. If you no longer wish to use this user group, uncheck this option.

  • Description: an optional field to provide additional details about this user group.

Users

  • User: select a user you want to add to this group.
