The Cisive Driver iQ integration allows you to order Cisive Driver iQ reports directly within Double Nickel.

  • Orders are placed from within Double Nickel

  • Status updates appear in the Orders tab and in the DQF checklist

  • Completed reports are automatically uploaded to the platform


Before You Start

To enable the integration, you’ll need to contact Cisive Driver iQ and request that your account be connected to Double Nickel.


Steps to Set Up the Cisive Driver iQ Integration

1. Contact Cisive Driver iQ

Send an email to the Cisive Driver iQ team at [email address] requesting that the Double Nickel integration be enabled for your account.

Include:

  • Your company name

  • Your request to integrate with Double Nickel

  • Any relevant account details

Note: Please CC your Double Nickel contact on the request.

2. Complete Cisive Driver iQ Requirements

The Cisive Driver iQ team may require additional steps, such as:

  • Completing paperwork

  • Approving permissions

  • Confirming account details

3. Cisive Driver iQ Shares Credentials

Once setup is complete on their end, Cisive Driver iQ will provide the necessary credentials to Double Nickel to finalize the integration.

4. Double Nickel Completes the Integration

The Double Nickel team will:

  • Connect your account

  • Validate the integration

  • Confirm once everything is live
