At DPD Ireland/Geopost, we place people at the center of our considerations, it is part of our DNA. As a key component of our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices, I am pleased to announce that we have formalised the DPD/Geopost’s Human Rights Policy.

As a global company, we must ensure that all our activities uphold the rights and dignity of every individual—our employees, partners, and the communities in which we operate.

This policy complements the corpus of reference documents DPD/Geopost has implemented and supports our actions towards becoming an Employer of Choice and Partner of Choice. It was prepared by the Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the CEOs from Chronopost and Lenton Group as well as the HR Directors Community, and teams from Operations, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Communications.
