DPD Ireland - Service Awards Policy

The purpose of this policy is to recognise and show appreciation to those employees who have demonstrated their commitment in serving DPD Ireland through continued employment. The Service Awards celebrate those employees who have been with DPD for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years. We believe in retaining and developing the most customer - centric people, which is why we place such importance on recognising these long service milestones.

Eligibility

Full-time employees become eligible for a service award in the year in which they complete 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service.

Awards

When an employee reaches the service milestones 15 years upwards, they will be recognised at the special Long Service Award event.

The Company considers that it is important to acknowledge and reward its longer serving employees. Each long service employee receives a special presentation case, containing a framed certificate, letter from Senior Management and a gift item of their choice to the value of:

10 years - Gift value €150.00.

15 years - Gift value €250.00 & 1 once off additional days leave.

20 years - Gift value €500.00 & 2 once off additional days leave.

25 years - Gift value €1,000.00 & 3 once off additional days leave.

30 years - Gift value €1,500.00 & 4 once off additional days leave.
