DPS Grade Rates
Set up Grade Rates
In the DPSSQLConfig, click on Application on the left hand side.
You will see a few tabs along the bottom of the window. Click on Grades.
At the top is a drop down which shows the currently selected application. Click this dropdown to change the application type e.g. CP (Convey Purchase).
Just below this dropdown you will see another dropdown titled Grade which allows you to select a lettered grade. Each letter will have a separate set of rates for each activity. For example, Grade A may have Call In set to Β£25 whereas Grade B might have it set to Β£30. These values denote the hourly rate.
Set up Grade Rates for a user
In the DPSSQLConfig, navigate to Users and Groups on the bottom left hand pane and then click on Users in the top left hand pane.
Double click on the user who you would like to set up the grades for. This should bring up a new window.
At the top of this window, click the User DPS Application tab. Here you will see the applications a user has access to.
There are 3 columns, App, Grade, and First Menu. To change the grade a user has for any application, select the correct Grade letter under the Grade column for that user beside the application type. For example, if you would like to apply Grade D for the CP app, select D from the dropdown under the Grade column next to the CP entry.
