Driver Login and Profile Creation

Logging in to the Driver app for the first time and creating your profile

This is a guide on how to login to the Driver app for the first time. Upon your first login, you will be given the option to go through the Profile creation process, which we will also outline in this guide. You may skip the Profile creation process at any time and fill out this information later if you wish.

Please Note: In order to proceed with this guide, you must have already completed the Driver Sign-up step and downloaded the app on your mobile device.

Step 1: Begin Sign In

Once you have downloaded the app, start it up by tapping on the icon in your mobile. After a brief loading screen, you will arrive at the Let's Get Started page. Tap on the "Existing DQid Member? Sign In" button.

Step 2: Enter Login Credentials

Next, enter your email address or mobile number (whichever you prefer to use to receive your code). Please ensure that this is the same information you entered in the Driver Sign-up step.

Step 3: Enter OTP Code

You will be taken to the Verify Account screen, and sent a text-message or email (depending on which you entered in the previous step). Get the code from your messages or email and enter it into the app.

Step 4: Profile Setup (optional)

You are now logged in, and will be taken to the Profile Creation workflow. However, this is entirely optional, and you may skip it entirely to go straight to the app's home page by using the Skip button in the top-right corner.

The Profile Setup is 6 steps where it asks for relevant information in the following categories:

  1. Personal Details

  2. Driver's License

  3. Driver's License History

  4. Residence Details

  5. Employment Details

  6. Experience

Step 5: Logged-in Home Page

Once you have completed (or skipped) the Profile Setup process, you will be taken to the app's Home Page. Here you will find all your latest activity, alerts, action-items and status of your profile & DQ File at a glance. You can navigate to different parts of the app using the navigation bar at the bottom.

Upon first login, you will likely have "No Updates Available" as you have not yet uploaded documents to your DQ File and don't have any notifications. This area will be populated with information on your documents' compliance status as you begin to fill out your DQ File checklist.
