Step 1 – Visit app.dqid.com and log in
Open your web browser and go to app.dqid.com.
Enter your carrier account credentials and click Sign in.
Step 2 – Navigate to the Drivers Tab
Once logged in, locate the Drivers tab in the navigation menu and click on it.
Step 3 – Click on "Add New Driver"
In the top-right corner, you will see the "Add New Driver" button.
Click on it to begin the process of adding a new driver.
Step 4 – Fill in Driver Details
A form will appear where you need to enter the driver’s information.
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*) and must be completed before submission. For Example: Mobile Number, Email.
Once done, click the Submit button in the top-right corner.
Step 5 – Confirm Driver Addition
After submitting the form, the newly added driver will appear in the driver listing on the Drivers page and this driver will be associated with your carrier.
Step 6 – View Driver Profile
To view a driver's profile information, click on the driver’s name in the driver listing. This will open the Driver Profile Drawer, where you can see key details about the driver.
If you need to access additional information, such as the driver’s license details, residence information, and more, click on the arrow icon on the right. This will expand the section to display the full details.

What if I don’t see the Driver’s tab in the menu?
If the Drivers tab is missing from your menu, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Role Restrictions – Some carriers may have custom settings that restrict access to certain features. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
Technical Issue – Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or logging out and back in.
What information is required to add a driver?
To successfully add a driver, you must enter the following required fields (marked with a red *):
Driver’s Mobile Number
Email Address
First Name
Last Name
3. What should I do if I enter incorrect driver details?
If you entered incorrect details, you can update the driver’s information by following these steps:
Navigate to the Drivers tab.
Click on the three-dot menu next to the driver you want to edit.
Select Modify Profile from the options.
The driver’s profile form will open, allowing you to make the necessary changes.
After updating the details, click Submit to apply the changes.
