Step 1 – Go to the Driver’s Tab

Log in to your carrier account and navigate to the Drivers tab from the main menu. This section contains a list of all drivers associated with your carrier.

Step 2 – Click on Any Driver’s Name

Locate the driver for whom you want to upload a Carrier checklist file and click on their name. This will open the driver’s profile. Here, you can see the driver's basic details, including their name, contact information, and other related data.

Step 3 – Switch to the Carrier Checklist Tab

To proceed with the file upload, navigate to the Carrier Checklist tab. This tab contains all the necessary compliance documents required for driver qualification.

Step 4 – Click on the Upload Button to Upload a File

Each Carrier checklist item contains an Upload button. Click the Upload button. This will allow you to attach the required document.

  1. Click the Upload button next to the checklist item. This will prompt you to choose a file.

  2. Click on Choose File, which will open your system’s File Picker.

  3. Browse your system, select the required file, and click the Open button to upload.

  4. Once the file is selected, the uploader will display the file name, confirming that the document has been chosen.

  5. Enter the Issuance Date – Specify the date when the document was issued.

  6. Enter the Expiration Date – If applicable, provide the document’s expiration date to ensure timely renewal.

  7. Click the Upload button to finalize the upload.

Entering accurate issuance and expiration dates helps the system track document validity and alerts you when updates are needed.

Step 5 – Confirm the Successful File Upload

After submission, the uploaded file will be listed against the checklist item, confirming that the document has been successfully attached to the driver’s profile.

Step 6 – View Uploaded Files

If you need to review an uploaded document, click on the View File button next to the checklist item. This allows you to verify the document’s details or download it for reference.
