Overview

The Dashboard and Reporting tab provides carriers with a comprehensive view of key metrics related to drivers, carriers, compliance, and more. It offers real-time insights and visual data to help users monitor their account activity and ensure compliance with platform requirements.

To get started, log in to your carrier account, and you will be redirected to the Dashboard tab by default. The dashboard will display the following sections:

1. Key Metrics Blocks

The Key Metrics Blocks provide a quick overview of driver-related statistics. These blocks ensure that users can easily monitor essential compliance and operational insights without needing to navigate through multiple sections.

  • Active Drivers:

    • Displays the total number of active drivers associated with your carrier.

    • Updates dynamically as new drivers are onboarded or deactivated,

    • Helps fleet managers track the current workforce and assess operational capacity.

  • Documents Expired:

    • Highlights the number of expired driver documents requiring immediate attention.

    • Ensures compliance teams can quickly identify and take corrective action to avoid potential regulatory issues.

  • Drivers in Compliance:

    • It shows the number of drivers who have uploaded and verified all required documents.

    • A high percentage indicates strong adherence to compliance requirements, while a low number may signal risks and the need for follow-ups

2. Onboarding Timeline

The Onboarding Timeline section presents a bar chart visualization of the number of drivers and carriers onboarded over time. It provides insights into onboarding trends and allows users to track recruitment efforts.

  • The timeline is based on the activation date of the driver or carrier.

Filter Options:

Users can adjust the timeline view using the following predefined filters:

  • Last 7 Days – Focuses on the most recent onboarding activity.

  • Last 14 Days – Offers a slightly broader perspective for short-term trend analysis.

  • Last 30 Days (Default) – Provides a standard monthly overview.

  • Last 90 Days – Shows a quarter’s worth of onboarding activity for trend monitoring.

  • Last 12 Months – Enables a full-year review of onboarding patterns.

  • All – Displays onboarding data from the beginning of recordkeeping.

3. Pie Charts (CDL vs. Non-CDL, CDL Class, CDL Endorsements)

This section features pie charts that provide a visual breakdown of the different driver categories, allowing for easy comparison between various classifications.

  • CDL vs. Non-CDL: Distinguishes between drivers holding a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and those without one.

  • CDL Class: Categorizes CDL holders into Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D drivers based on their license type and allowed vehicle operation.

  • CDL Endorsements: Displays the distribution of drivers based on additional qualifications (e.g., Hazmat, Tanker, Passenger endorsements).

🔹 Key Feature: The largest segment in each pie chart is automatically displayed without requiring users to hover, making it easier to interpret the most prominent driver groups at a glance.

4. DQ Checklist Compliance

The DQ Checklist Compliance section provides a detailed breakdown of driver document compliance, categorizing and displaying the total number and percentage of drivers in each compliance status. This section helps admins quickly assess document verification progress and identify areas that require immediate attention.

  • Compliance Categories:

    • Missing Documents: Drivers who have required documents missing.

    • Expired Documents: Drivers with documents that have already expired.

    • Expiring Within 14 Days: Drivers with documents set to expire within the next two weeks.

    • Expiring Within 1 Month: Drivers with documents expiring within the next 30 days.

    • Expiring Within 3 Months: Drivers with documents expiring within the next 90 days.

  • Overall Compliance Status:

    • Drivers in Compliance: Drivers who have successfully uploaded and passed verification for all required documents.

    • Drivers Out of Compliance: Drivers who fall into any of the above categories due to missing, expired, or soon-to-expire documents.

🚨 Why it Matters:
This section helps Carrier Admin proactively address compliance gaps, preventing penalties and operational disruptions.

5. Document Status

This section is divided into three tabs and provides a detailed breakdown of the DQ Checklist documents, categorizing them based on their compliance status. It displays the total number and percentage of documents in each category, helping compliance officers monitor document verification progress efficiently.

  • Available:

    • Displays the DQ checklist names along with the number and percentage of documents that have been successfully uploaded by drivers.

  • Missing:

    • Shows the DQ checklist names with the number and percentage of documents that are missing and have not been uploaded by drivers.

  • Expired:

    • Lists the DQ checklist names with the number and percentage of documents that have been uploaded but have already expired.

This section ensures timely renewals, prevents drivers from operating with expired credentials, and allows admins to track overall compliance more effectively.

📊 Key Benefit: Carrier Admins can quickly identify drivers needing follow-ups without searching through individual records.

6. Geographic Distribution of Drivers

This section provides a breakdown of drivers by region, displaying the total number and percentage of drivers from each area.

  • Lists region names along with the percentage of drivers belonging to each region.

  • Helps in understanding the geographic spread of drivers on the platform.

  • Enables Carrier Admins to analyze regional workforce distribution and make informed decisions regarding recruitment and resource allocation.
