How to Access Your Carrier Account

This guide explains the two ways you can access your Carrier Account on the DQID platform. You can either activate your account via email or log in directly using OTP authentication.

Method 1: Activate Your Account via Email

If you are a newly added carrier user, you will receive an activation email to set up your account.

Steps:

  1. Open your email inbox and look for an email from DQID with the subject "Activate Your DQid Account."

  2. Click on the "Activate Account" button in the email.

  3. This will redirect you to the DQID platform and log you in automatically.

  4. Once logged in, you can access your Carrier Dashboard and start managing your account.

🚨 Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or request a new activation email from your administrator.


Method 2: Log In Directly via OTP

If your account is already activated, you can log in using OTP authentication.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

  • Open your web browser and go to app.dqid.com.

  • You will be directed to the login screen.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  • In the email field, enter the email address associated with your carrier account and click on the Sign In button to proceed.

Step 3: Enter OTP Code

  • After entering your email, you will be taken to the Verify Account screen.

  • Check your email inbox for a one-time password (OTP) sent from DQID.

  • Enter the OTP code in the provided field and click on the Verify button.

Step 4: Access Your Carrier Account

  • Once you enter the correct OTP, you will be logged into your Carrier Dashboard.

  • From here, you can manage drivers, compliance documents, job postings, and other carrier-related activities.
