Overview

The Dashboard & Reporting page provides Carrier Admins with a centralized view of driver compliance and operational statistics. It gives quick visibility into document status, verification progress, compliance gaps, and overall driver activity without navigating across multiple modules.

The dashboard is designed to help admins identify missing requirements, monitor document health, and take action proactively.


1. Key Metrics Blocks

The Key Metrics Blocks provide a quick overview of driver-related statistics. These blocks ensure that users can easily monitor essential compliance and operational insights without needing to navigate through multiple sections.

These values update dynamically based on current driver and document activity.


Drivers

Displays the total number of drivers currently associated with your carrier.

This metric helps admins:

  • Monitor total driver count

  • Track onboarding progress

  • Understand overall workforce size


Non-Compliant Drivers

Displays the total number of drivers who currently do not meet compliance requirements.

Drivers may appear in this count if:

  • Required documents are missing

  • Submitted documents have expired

  • Verification is pending

  • Compliance thresholds are not met

Verification Pending

Displays the number of submitted documents that are awaiting verification.

This metric helps admins:

Verification Failed

Displays the number of documents that were reviewed but did not pass verification.

Common Reasons for File Rejection

Displays the most frequently recorded rejection reason across document verification activities.

Missing Documents

Displays the total number of missing checklist documents across all drivers.

2. Document Needed

The Documents Needed section provides a detailed breakdown of DQ Checklist documents and highlights document gaps across the carrier.

This section categorizes checklist items based on document status and allows admins to identify where action is needed.

Available tabs include:


Missing

Displays DQ checklist names along with the number of documents that have not yet been uploaded by drivers.

Use this view to:

  • Identify incomplete compliance records

  • Follow up with drivers

  • Prioritize document collection efforts

Expired

Displays DQ checklist items that have already expired.

For checklist categories with additional records, click View All to open the complete list.

This allows admins to:

  • Review all document categories

  • Access extended reporting
