How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

To pause your subscription, head to the "subscription" tab in your portal. From there you can pause your subscription.

You can cancel at any time. No pressure, no hassle. You’re always welcome back.

Once you’re logged in, go to “your treatment” and select “cancel.” It only takes a few seconds.

Some programs are set up as automatic subscriptions. This means your subscription will renew unless you cancel it.

To avoid your next charge, make sure you cancel before your next billing date.
