If the meeting is canceled by the prospect or they are a no-show, you will not be charged the intro fee. We encourage you to follow up and reschedule the meeting. Draftboard ensures you only pay for completed meetings. However, if our connector arranges an intro for you and you decide to cancel the meeting, the intro fee will still apply.
