Once you've added (or we've found) targets for you, Draftboard's agent starts the mapping process to see if you have any paths to that target.
Sometimes you'll see a target whose status is 'No Paths' - here's what could be causing that:
You genuinely have no paths to that target - aka you share no mutual connections. It's likely that you just operate in separate professional / social circles, and don't have overlapping connections.
You have paths through one or more connections, but those connecitons have toggled 'Connection Visibility' off in LinkedIn. So even if you went to the LinkedIn profile of the target, and clicked the 'Mutual Connections' link, you wouldn't see your connection there (because they've disabled that functionality).
