The most important step is making sure your Draftboard chrome extension is active.
On the top right of the draftboard site (when you're logged in), you'll see a status indicator:
Red (❌) = your extension is inactive (click here to see how to fix it)
Blue (✅) = your extension is functioning but is not actively mapping (aka it's finished mapping the targets you've added)
Green (✅)= your extension is actively mapping (aka it's working it's way through mapping the targets you've added)
