Does my candidate need to apply on Draftboard? What if they already applied for the position?

Yes your candidate must apply via Draftboard in order for you to be eligible for the bonus. Unfortunately if they applied to the job in the past 3 months on another platform or directly with the company, you won't be eligible for the bonus.

I shared the application link with a candidate, now what?

Congrats! You'll receive an email notification once the candidate completes the application. Once you have a new completed application, just go to the "Tracking" tab to see the application in "review". Review the application - make sure the candidate is a good fit for the role - and if it is, hit "approve" to send the application to the company.

If you realize this candidate isn't the best fit for the role, hit "Not a good fit" and the application will not be forwarded to the company. Any applications that aren't sent to the company do not count towards your reputation score - so make sure to only approve applications you think are a good fit!

Can I share feedback with candidates on why I don't think they're a good fit?

Yes! And we encourage it. Once you click "Not a good fit" a pop up will show prompting you to select a reason as to why. You can choose to keep that reason to yourself, or pass it along to the candidate.

I sent an application to the company, can I be notified of how the candidate is doing in their application process?

Yes - you'll be notified on your candidates process at several key stages in the interview process: if a candidate gets a first interview, if a candidate gets an offer, if a candidate accepts, when the candidate starts, and when the probation period is done (meaning pay day!). You can keep track of all of this in the "Tracking" tab by switching to the "track" view.
