What is Draftboard? Why should I apply for a job on Draftboard?

Draftboard is a three sided marketplace allowing anyone in the world to make referrals, not just company employees. Companies post their jobs and associated bonuses on Draftboard, scouts refer candidates to these roles, and candidates get hired :)

Applying via Draftboard serves as a syndicate for employee referrals, giving you a leg up in the application process and separating you from the thousands of applications companies receive via LinkedIn.

How do I apply on Draftboard?

If a scout has shared an application link with you, just hit "Apply", fill out the application information as you do on other job board sites, and you're all set!

If you find a job you're interested in applying to on Draftboard, but a scout hasn't shared an application link, ask the scout to do so. Don't know any scouts? Email support@draftboard.com and we'll help you out.

What if I already applied to the job elsewhere?

Unfortunately if you have already applied via another site within the past 3 months, you are not eligible to apply via Draftboard. Note that if you have applied via Draftboard - do not apply via the companies career page/LinkedIn afterward!

I also know some great people looking for jobs! Can I become a scout?

Yes we'd love to have you join our scout network! Just click "Sign up" on the home page and you can begin your scout journey :) Checkout the scout FAQ for more information on being a scout.
