What is Draftboard's My Network feature?

My Network is a new feature on Draftboard that acts as a mini-CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. It allows you to track individuals in your network who might be suitable candidates for job openings posted on Draftboard.

How does My Network work?

You can use My Network to add and manage contacts within their professional network. They can input details such as names, job titles, skills, and any other relevant information about these contacts.

Why should I use My Network?

My Network is a powerful tool to help you identify potential candidates among your contacts quickly. When new job openings are added on Draftboard, you can easily check your network to see who matches the job description and refer them, potentially earning a referral bonus.

How do I add people to My Network?

To add contacts to My Network, simply navigate to the My Network section in Draftboard. There, you'll find an option to add contacts manually. Additionally - any candidates who submit an application via your referral link will be automatically added to your network.

Is My Network private and secure?

Yes, Draftboard takes privacy and security seriously. My Network information is securely stored, and scouts have full control over their contacts. Draftboard will not share your contacts' information with third parties.
