What is the purpose of the Tracking Page?

The Tracking Section serves as a central hub to manage and monitor your referrals effectively. It provides visibility into the referral process, allowing you to oversee and control the journey of your candidates.

How can I manage the approval process for referrals?

Within the Tracking Section, you can seamlessly navigate and manage the approval process for referrals. Review referral requests and take necessary actions to ensure a smooth transition to the hiring company.

What information does the 'Last Activity' column provide?

The 'Last Activity' column captures the date of the most recent action taken on an application. It factors in updates by the hiring company, such as moving to new stages (interviews, rejections, offers), as well as actions by the candidate/scout, such as application submissions, approvals, or rejections.

What information does the 'Status' column provide?

The "Status" column provides a snapshot of the current stage or status of each application in the recruitment process. It indicates whether an application needs your review, was approved or rejected by you, is in the interview stages, has been rejected by the company, or if an offer has been extended - offering a quick overview of the application's progress.

I approved an application a while ago, but don't see a change in status. Why?

If you approved an application but haven't observed a change in status, it's possible that the hiring company is yet to update the overall status of the application in their system. The status will remain unchanged until the company takes further action, such as scheduling an interview or making a final decision. For more detailed information, feel free to reach out to the support team, who can provide insights into the specific progress of the application.

My Tracking Section is empty. Why?

If your Tracking page is empty, it likely means you don't have any applications yet! The Tracking page will start populating once someone has submitted an application via your referral link. If you still encounter issues, reach out to our support team for assistance.

How frequently is the information in the Tracking Section updated?

The Tracking Section provides real-time updates, ensuring that you have the latest information on the status and activities related to your referrals.

If you have additional questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@draftboard.com
