Our Quick Intros feature ensures that you never forget to schedule a first interview again! Once you tap the ‘Advance’ button on a candidate’s resume, we send an intro email to you and the candidate.

That’s it.

Why do we do this? Well, some of the companies on Draftboard thought we were already doing this, but we weren’t - so candidates were being left hanging!

See, we’re not an ATS - there’s great companies like Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, Comeet and many others for that. So we don’t typically get involved in scheduling calls with candidates.

Our core strength is sourcing great candidates for you. But if those candidates have a bad first experience, that’s bad for you - and for your ability to find great candidates in the future!

So the Quick Intros automates this introduction process; that way you don’t have to separately open up your email app, write and email and then send it. We do it for you.

Find yourself not liking this feature? No problem! Simply go to Settings -> Jobs and turn it off.
