✅ What Are Eligibility Requirements?

Eligibility requirements are tasks or certifications you must complete to be eligible to officiate. These are set by:

  • Your state association (e.g., background checks, training)

  • Your local association or assigner (they may add extra requirements)

🔍 Where to Find Eligibility Requirements

  • Log into DragonFly.

  • Go to your My Information Page.

  • You’ll see a list of requirements—some may come from the state, others from your assigner.

🤔 Common Questions

Q: I finished everything, but I still show as “Not Eligible.”
A: Double-check that you’ve completed both your state and local requirements. If you're unsure, contact your assigner or support.

Q: I don’t see any requirements listed on my dashboard.
A: This usually means:

  • You’re not linked to the correct group or organization.

  • The requirements haven’t been assigned yet.

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh your browser.

  2. Confirm you're in the right organization under Profile Settings.

  3. If still missing, contact your assigner or support.

Q: My assigner says I’m not eligible, but I finished all my tasks.
A: It may take a moment for your status to update. You can:

  • Try logging out and back in.

  • Contact support to manually refresh your eligibility status.
