"My page is stuck and won't load."

Though uncommon, sometimes webpages just don't load correctly. Sometimes the best solution is also the simplest.

As with any other website, you may run across a time when the DragonFly site is not loading correctly on your computer.  There can be many factors that cause this issue, such as a poor internet connection, office/school firewall, using an older browser, etc.

We have found that many of these issues are simply resolved by refreshing your browser window.  If a simple refresh does not fix the issue, try opening the DragonFly MAX website in a new window or tab in your current browser.  If neither of those two simple things resolve the issue, a final simple fix is to try using a different internet browser (i.e. - switch from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome).

Attempting these fixes before a full discussion with our technical support staff may save you valuable time, which is a major goal of everything we do here at DragonFly!
