At DragonFly, we know that every school sets specific academic requirements for students to be eligible for sports and activities. Here's how to set up a custom academic requirement in DragonFly.

1. Log in to DragonFly from your web browser and select the "Schools and People" tab on the left-side menu.

2. Make sure DragonFly is connected to your student information system through an Academic Integration. Also be sure that each student is connected to their transcript under the "Academic Integration" column on the eligibility checklist.

3. Click on a student's name in the eligibility checklist, and then select the "Transcript" tab at the top of the screen.

4. Click on the edit icon in the "Current Academic Standing GPA" section. Note: this process creates a grade requirement for all students, not a single student.

5. Select your school from the drop-down menu and input your grade requirement in terms of numeric calculation, then click "Save". (For example, if your academic requirement is a "C" and your school considers 69.5 a "C", you would type 69.5 as your requirement.)

6. You should now see the grade requirement under the student's name, as well as all other students with transcripts in DragonFly.
