The best way to do this is through our website. You can use any device with a web browser, so your cellphone or tablet will work just as easily as your computer.

Step 1 - From the Requirements page, click the requirement you wish to upload a document for.

Step 2 - This will bring up a list of options. You can fill out the document electronically if your school makes this option available, upload an already filled out document, or print a blank document to fill out.
