How do I assign a crew to multiple games?

First select your officiating crew and then select all applicable games.

1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.

2. Select a game from the list that you would like to assign, then select the 'Officials and Workers' tab in the right-side panel. Assign your officials to the game.

3. Once you have chosen a crew, select the checkbox next to each additional game you would like to assign to this crew.

5. Select the 'Actions' button and choose 'Assign Officials to Other Selected Games'.

6. The system will assign this crew to the multiple games you selected. You will receive a green confirmation message at the top of your screen when complete. If there were any scheduling conflicts in your selection, you will see an error message in red, notifying you of the conflict.
