How to Create and Submit an Ejection Report

1. Log in to the NFHS Center for Officials Services, powered by DragonFly, on either the website or the mobile app. Select 'Assignments' or 'Games' from the menu.
2. Select the 'Past Games' tab and then select the game that needs an Ejection Report. Tap on the game to open the game details.
3. Scroll to the 'Game Documents' section, then select the 'Add Document' button.
4. Select 'Ejection Report' from the drop-down menu.
5. Complete each field in the top section of the report, including any additional comments about the incident and your electronic signature.
6. Select the 'Save Draft' button.
7. The pending report will now appear under the 'Ejection Reports' section. It will be reviewed and completed by a state association administrator.
State Associations: How to Take Action on an Existing Ejection Report
1. Log in to the NFHS Center for Officials Services, powered by DragonFly, on your computer's web browser. Select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.
2. Select the game from the list to open the right-side panel. If you need to find a game, use the filtering and sorting tools at the top of the screen.
3. Select the 'Documents' heading in the right-side panel.
4. Under the 'Ejection Reports' heading, you will see a pending document with a yellow indicator. Select 'View Report' to open the document.
5. Complete your sections of the report and select the 'Sign and Complete' button. Note: You will not be able to update the document once it has been signed and completed. If you are not ready to complete, select the 'Save Draft' button so that others can take action on the report before it is finalized.
7. Once the report is signed and completed, it will appear in the 'Documents' tab with a green indicator showing that the Ejection Report is complete. If you need to delete the report, select the trash icon. To print the report, select 'View Report' and scroll to the bottom of the window where you will find the print icon.
