State game fee policies for paying officials are highly visible on each game. Policies can be set in bulk and include an audit log.

1. Log in and select 'Game Schedules' from the left-side menu.

2. Select the 'Pay' tab at the top of the screen.

3. You will see a column titled 'Game Fee Policy'. Select the drop-down menu and you will see all available policies set by your state or local association.

4. To view a Game Fee Policy, click on the view icon (it looks like an eye!) and an overview will appear in a pop-up window.

5. Once a policy has been set, there will be an audit log on the game for all users to see. This shows the person who selected the policy with a date and time stamp.

6. To set the fee policy for multiple games at once, select the checkbox next to every game you want to include.

Note: it may be helpful to first filter the game schedule by sport, which you can do with the 'Sport' drop-down menu in the top left of the screen. Then, choose the 'Select All' checkbox at the top of the screen to take bulk action.

7. Select 'Actions' in the top-left, then choose 'Update Pay Policies' from the drop-down menu.

8. There are two other places where you can update the Game Fee Policy:

  • During the payment process at the top of the payment modal.

  • In the slide-out panel, which you can access by clicking on a game, then selecting the 'Officials and Workers' tab.
