When creating an exam for eligibility or requirements, it's easy to enable the ability for test takers to review the exam answers they answered incorrectly.
Click the Organizations and People sidebar. Then click the Set Up Eligibility and Requirements tab.
Scroll down to the exam you'd like to enable for review, and click the edit button to the right.
At the bottom of the pop-up window, click Enable Review. (Your exam must have a start and end date in order to enable an exam review).
IMPORTANT- When you click Enable Review, exams will IMMEDIATELY be available to review. If you want exam reviews to be enabled only after the exam is closed, wait until the end date has passed, then click on Enable Review.
