Preparing for your NAD+ IV infusion treatment at Dripdok ensures you get the most out of your therapy.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get ready.

Steps to Prepare:

  1. Pre-Intake:

    • Ensure you have completed our Intake form sent to your email (send us your email address first!) If you haven't done NAD+ before, you can request for a free consult with our doctors.

  2. Pre-Infusion Guidelines:

    • Hydrate Well:

      • Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your infusion. Hydration helps your body absorb the NAD+ more effectively.

    • Light Meal:

      • Have a light meal before your infusion session. Avoid heavy or fatty foods as they may cause discomfort during the infusion.

    • Avoid Alcohol:

      • Refrain from consuming alcohol at least 24 hours before your infusion.

  3. On the Day of Infusion:

    • Comfortable Clothing:

      • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arms for the IV placement.

    • Prepare Entertainment:

      • The infusion session can last between 2.5 to 4 hours. Bring a book, tablet, or headphones to keep yourself entertained.

  4. During the Infusion:

    • Relax:

      • Sit back and relax during the infusion. You may feel a warm sensation or slight flushing, which is normal.

    • Communicate:

      • Inform the nurse immediately if you experience any discomfort or adverse reactions during the infusion.

  5. Post-Infusion Care:

    • Rest:

      • Take it easy for the rest of the day after your infusion. Avoid strenuous activities.

    • Hydrate:

      • Continue to drink plenty of water to help your body process the NAD+.

    • Monitor:

      • Monitor how you feel over the next few days. It's normal to feel an increase in energy and mental clarity.

Follow-Up:

Schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss the effects of the infusion and plan any further treatments if necessary.
