Fill out the Pre-Intake form sent to the email address you provided, once completed - send us a message and we'll help you schedule your consultation (if required) or treatment day (according to our nurses' availability).
Peptides Consultation Call & Planning: $250 pro-rated fee (credited towards peptide purchases). Fill out the Pre-Intake form sent to the email address you provided, once completed - send us a message and we'll help you schedule your peptides consultation.
Treatment Plan or Protocol Review: Once your treatment plan or protocol is ready, you can schedule a (10 min) follow-up call to review the doctors' recommendations here. Only applicable if you've already had an initial consult.

Terms of Payment Methods & Conditions:
Payment must be made in full in advance through the following options: highly recommended - WISE, online credit card via Stripe, cryptocurrency (USDt), or local bank transfer (IDR) - not recommended. Alternatively (typically on rare occasions), for payments in IDR using cash or EDC machine, the transaction can be completed on-site at the location, also in full in advance prior to starting the treatment.

Explanation on Local Bank Transfer & EDC Machine Payments
1. Additional FX Fee
Please note that an additional fee of $50 USD will be applied to cover the foreign exchange (FX) costs associated with converting IDR payments into USD. This fee helps offset the risks and fluctuations in FX rates, particularly given the current exchange rate volatility between IDR and USD.
2. Exchange Rate
Before making the payment, we kindly ask you to convert the amount from USD to IDR using the official BCA exchange rate at the time of the transaction. This ensures that the amount received aligns with the required USD equivalent to cover your invoice. You can find the most up-to-date exchange rates on the official BCA website or mobile app.
3. FX Risk
Please be aware that any fluctuations in the exchange rate between IDR and USD may pose a financial risk to us when converting back to USD, which is the currency used for paying our suppliers and labs in the USA. Given the deteriorating IDR versus USD rates, we appreciate your understanding that this risk affects the total cost of your transaction.
We highly recommend making payments in USD directly via WISE, Stripe, or USDt to avoid potential complications due to exchange rate fluctuations. However, if you still prefer to proceed with a BCA bank transfer, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the above conditions.
