Terms and Conditions for Consultations on Peptides and Longevity Plans

Welcome to our peptide and longevity consultation services. To ensure the highest quality of care and proper utilization of our services, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following:

  1. Service Value & Expertise

The initial consultation, data analysis, and follow-ups are valued at over $5,000, reflecting our 20 years of experience, academic excellence, scientific rigor, and personalized approach to healthcare.

  2. Consultation Guidelines

    • Single Participant Policy: Each consultation and follow-up session is limited to one person. Group consultations are not permitted.

    • Follow-Up Schedule: The consultation package includes two follow-ups for monitoring purposes, typically scheduled bi-weekly over a month, though this may vary depending on the specific plan duration.

  3. Communication Protocol

    • Weekly Check-Ins: Patients are allowed to send voice notes, WhatsApp messages, or live chat messages, and schedule a call not exceeding 15 minutes once per week if they have more than two questions. Questions should be prepared in advance and presented when scheduling the call.

    • Doctor’s Discretion: The doctor reserves the right to decline answering questions or scheduling calls if deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of the consultation.

  4. Patient Responsibilities

    • Information Accuracy: Patients must read the provided notes from consultations, provide accurate information, and respond promptly to team requests for data and survey completions, which are crucial for dosage modifications and plan adjustments.

    • Compliance: Failure to provide the necessary information may result in the termination of complimentary consultations, as significant time and resources are invested in each case to ensure personalized care.

  5. Service Fees

    • Peptide Planning Fee: Peptide planning is subject to a prorated fee of $250.

    • Data Analysis Fee: Data analysis is subject to a $5,000 setup fee and an ongoing monitoring fee of $500 per month. However, this is included in the longevity planning package or plan at a value of $2000. Data is analyzed once payment is made.

    • Anomaly Reporting: If the data reveals any anomalies, they will be reported to the patient immediately.

    • No Refunds: All fees paid for consultations, data analysis, and follow-ups are non-refundable.

  6. Scope of Follow-Ups

Follow-ups and monitoring are limited to the recommendations provided during the initial consultation. Requests for additional compounds or services resulting in a new protocol will incur an additional fee of $250, which reflects the extensive research and quality provided.

  7. Product Policy

Our planning and follow-ups only cover products from DripDok and MindTek. We do not work with or support products from imposter, copycat, or competing companies due to our third-party testing, which has shown dangerous levels of heavy metals, TFA salts, impurities, or fake products. Therefore, we do not and will not support patients suffering from or using external products.

    ☣️ WARNING

A recent company popular on IG in Bali has resulted in 3 cardiovascular events and near death immunosuppression of individuals reporting their usage. Our HPLC testing has shown directly that their BPC contained DSIP, TB500 was 37% pure with a very high amount of TFA salts and their Epitalon was completely fake.

They also claim to have their own laboratory (based in HK) which is completely untrue, alongside having no formal medical training. We have viewed their HPLC forms they send on request and they are not what they claim (they clearly do not know how to read an HPLC).

In addition, no warning about peptides being for research and they freely give out dosage advice without any form of patient triage, contradiction screening or outcome assessment. Lastly, they send sterile water not BAC which should be a major indicator of lack of knowledge. If you are using their products, we will not work with you as a patient and suggest you seek immediate medical attention with blood work.

Another company are analysts have procured showed that their product and found they are importing raw API peptides. Raw API peptides that are not lyophilized are stable only for a few hours at room temp and must be kept on argon gas. Lyophilization must occurs quickly and the machinery to do so is upwards of $100,000 USD. Often their products are found in easy dispensing pen applicators.

Please be careful - since 2017 we have worked hard to maintain a superior product with academic research and experience.

  8. Data Security & Privacy

    • Data Encryption: All patient data is encrypted and complies with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards. Patients can request the deletion of their data at any time.

    • Confidentiality: All patient information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

  9. Medical Disclaimer: Our services are based on the latest scientific research and are tailored to individual needs. However, results may vary, and the information provided during consultations should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the guidelines and responsibilities associated with our peptide and longevity consultation services. We look forward to assisting you on your journey to improved health and longevity.
