The DripJobs Chat feature is now available on both Desktop and iPad devices, allowing you to manage messages sent to your customers across the DripJobs Chat App and these devices.
1. Navigate to the Left Hand Side of Your DripJobs Account and Click on 'Chat'
2. You’ll Be Able to See All the Active Chats You Have With Your Customers
3. You Can Send Messages to Customers With the ‘Type your message’ Box
4. Once Ready, Click the Send Button
5. You Can Also Upload Files Using the '+' Button
6. You Can Choose Actions to Take On Specific Messages
If you hover over the specific message you'd like to take action on, there will be 3 icons that appear next to it.
If you click on the 3 dots, you can do the following actions:
Reply
Pin
Mark as unread
Edit message
Delete message
7. You Can Click on the 2 Arrows to Open That Specific Thread
8. You Can Click on the Smiley Face to Add a Reaction Emoji to That Specific Message
🤔 Important Things to Know About the DripJobs Chat Feature
Admin users will always see the menu icon to access the DripJobs Chat feature.
For other users of the account to see the chat, they will need to be permitted to access the chat under the settings of that user. To see how to change users' access, Click Here.
In order for the Chat feature to work and appear, you will need to have Twilio or upgrade to have the Chat feature added to your account.
