The DripJobs Chat feature is now available on both Desktop and iPad devices, allowing you to manage messages sent to your customers across the DripJobs Chat App and these devices.
1. Navigate to the Left Hand Side of Your DripJobs Account and Click on 'Chat'
2. You’ll Be Able to See All the Active Chats You Have With Your Customers
3. Find the Customers Selected Name and Initials Icon
4. This Is How Conversation From Both Parts Will Show
5. Once You Click on the Three Dots, 'Mark as unread/read' Button Will Show
6. If You Decided to Click on 'Unread', This Message Will Show
7. Message Sent Date and Time Will Be Shown Under It
8. Message Threads Will Be Marked With a Line Showing the Day It Started
9. Here You'll Find the Following Buttons
Plus Icon: Add Attachments
Message Bar: Type Your Desired Message
Emoji Button: Add Emojis to Your Personalized Messaged
Send Button: Click Here to Send Your Message
🤔 Important Things to Know About the DripJobs Chat Feature
Admin users will always see the menu icon to access the DripJobs Chat feature.
For other users of the account to see the chat, they will need their account admins to give them 'Chat' role.
In order for the Chat feature to work and appear, you will need to have Twilio or upgrade to have the Chat feature added to your account.
