1. Click on Log in
2. Click on Log in with your Zapier account
3. Click on Authorize

7. Click on Mailboxes
8. Click on Create Mailbox
9. Zapier will create an email for you
This is the email you want to give to Painter Choice to have them send the leads directly to the Zapier mailbox and connect it to DripJobs.
As soon as they connect the email, the page will update automatically.
Please don't continue with out their confirmation
10. The page will then look like this
11. Create Keywords
Highlight the information you would like to create a Keyword for and replace it
12. Click on Save
13. Do the same for Zip, Phone, email and the details.
Your screen should look similar to what is displayed below.
14. Scroll down and Click on Save Address and Template
Go to Zapier.com to create a new Zap
15. Click on Create
16. Click on New Zap
17. Click on Trigger
18. Click on Email Parser
19. Click on Choose an event
20. Click on New Email
21. Connect your account
22. Click on Continue
23. Click on Mailbox
24. Select your mailbox
25. Click on Continue
26. Click on Test trigger
27. Click on Continue with selected record
28. Click on Formatter
29. Click on Choose an event
30. Click on Text

58. Click on Add a field mapping
59. Click on 3. Copy: Text in Formatter by Zapier
60. Click on Add a field mapping
61. Look for "Parse Output Email…"
62. Click on " + "
63. Look for "Parse Output Phone…"
64. Click on Add a field mapping
65. Look for "Parse Output Zip…"
66. Click on " + "
67. Look for "Parse Output Details…"
68. Click on Continue
69. Click on Test step
70. You now have a new deal!
71. All the information can now be seen in the customer's Deal
72. Publish your Zap
Go back to Zapier and Click on Publish to ensure the Zap is active.
