Enabling this option will pause all automated drips, preventing any follow-up messages from being sent to your customers. This feature is especially useful during the holidays when you'd prefer not to disturb your customers with automated communications. It's also a great tool to use when your company is temporarily paused or on a break, ensuring your messaging remains in sync with your operations.
Note: Toggling this option will pause all drips, but it won’t affect reminders. If reminders are enabled, your customers will still receive follow-ups. To see which reminders you have set up, click here.
1. Click on ‘Company Settings’
2. Click on 'App Settings'
3. Scroll Down and Toggle ON the Option to 'Pause Drips'
4. Once Toggled ON, Scroll Down and Click 'Save'
