What Are Sequences?

Think of Sequences as the heart of your DripJobs automation—designed to streamline workflows and keep your processes running smoothly.

Imagine a Drip as a branch on a tree. Sequences are the smaller branches that extend from it, each carrying specific actions that help nurture and guide your workflow in the right direction.

Each Sequence has a trigger—a starting point that kicks off a series of automated actions. These actions can be tailored based on different conditions, ensuring that the right messages, tasks, and updates are sent at the right time.

Within a Drip, you can create multiple Sequences, each triggered by different conditions or discriminators (specific values that determine when a Sequence should begin). This gives you the flexibility to build customized automation workflows that match the unique needs of your business and customers.
